Keith graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.
Previously an associate in the Tax and Private Client Services team at Drew & Napier LLC, Keith has wide-ranging experience in tax transactional advisory matters as well as tax dispute resolution. Keith has assisted in the resolution of both contentious and non-contentious tax matters, spanning income tax, stamp duty and goods and services tax. Keith also has diverse experience in advising taxpayers on tax implications of complex corporate transactions with cross-border elements.
Keith believes that legal analysis is more of a science than an art – a precise and rigorous analytic eye should be applied to every tax issue; no stone left unturned and no avenue unexplored.
In his free time, Keith enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, and playing tennis. As with any Singaporean, however, Keith’s true passion lies in the gastronomic pursuits – a good introduction to a new food haunt will earn you an instant entry into his good books (hint hint).
